About the Role
Full time line cook position to join our family owned restaurant working beside award winning Chefs.
Pay is based on experience. (up to $18/hr)
Ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and diligent. Must be able to maintain a clean and sanitary station in a fast paced and high volume restaurant. Time management, communication, and food safety are critical requirements as well as maintaining proper food temperatures, quality and consistency for our guests. Must have a current Health Department food handlers card or show proof of class certification within 30 days upon hiring.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up station and properly care of leftover food
Stock inventory

The idea of KoZak's Laketown Grill began in December of 2012. Owners Brian & Jacquie Hove began their dream to own their own restaurant solely to improve their quality of life together for their family. Based on this, they named their Restaurant after their two sons, Kobe and Zach.
